Saponifiable lipids or with fatty acids
The saponifiable lipids are those which contain fatty acids, it can be released by hydrolysis. The saponifiable lipids, through the saponification reaction, by alkaline hydrolysis (HOK, HONa), originate alkaline salts (soaps) and alcohol .
